Negotiations on the Basic Agreement for the Civil Service have been postponed until 15 March. Originally slated to be renegotiated in 2019, the agreement has been postponed several times. The Basic Agreement regulates, among other things, employees’ influence in the workplace, not least by way of union representatives.
