According to this year’s Indicator Report, Norwegian researchers contributed to 22,823 articles in 2020, a growth of 12% from 2019. The University of Oslo had over 6,800 publication points in 2020. NTNU was just behind. Western Norway University of Applied Sciences published more than Nord University and significantly more than Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. However, the Institute of Public Health had the highest citation index, with the Norwegian School of Sports Sciences in second place.
